Write to support@json2class.com and expect a response within 2–3 business days. Sharing browser and OS details along with a minimal JSON example makes issue reproduction much faster.
What to include
Browser and OS where you tested.
The JSON sample you pasted and which toggles you used, such as validation target, nullable arrays, and number inference.
If privacy is a concern, send an anonymized sample that still reproduces the issue.
Response and follow-up
Feedback is used to prioritize the roadmap. Immediate changes cannot be promised for every request, but major updates are reflected through site notes and refreshed docs.
